The Easiest “Tip”
January 2, 2009 at 10:00 , by [n][i][x]

Lately I’ve been using the leaf pipeing tip more often than I anticipated. It’s possibly the easiest thing to use when you’re aiming to achieve some level of aesthetic pleasure ^_^ Aim and squeeze, mates.
The blooms on the cupcakes are my current obsession: dark chocolate cream cheese buttercream, dotted with Valrhona chocolate balls. The lemon petite fours below is explained, well, diagramatically. Probably and understatement to say that a bit of work actually went into it ^_^. Whilst lemon curd is the bomb, it is quite a gastroventure on its own to produce -_-”
Yes, they look like durian now come to think of it. I suppose the cut of zesty lemon could as easily be manifested through such spiky presentations ^_^. Nonetheless, pray continue my good bakers! Aim and squeeze; aim. and. squeeze!

Hi Jude, I keep on forgetting to check the number. Will update soon!
Hi Veron, yes! yes! I am afraid of running out of them since the nearest place for me to get them is a 2 hour-flight away :-/
