I&#039;ve been wondering.. I saw this &#039;tiramisu mix&#039; at Le Apple.. and wonder who on earth would make a tiramisu from a mix?! Like are they substituting the mascarpone (my best bet lah tu.. because it&#039;s so expensive at the supermarket). Anyway, I didnt buy it hehe. Maybe I should try cos I&#039;m curious. 

Can I pay a visit to your kitchen and watch your pastry chef in action??!</description>

		<description>Hi Julia ;) Same here! It&#039;s always hawt (and the current monsoon seasonal reversal is crrrazzyy).. I wouldn&#039;t exactly follow PH&#039;s recommendation to use the butter at room temperature hehe. Am always using it just 5 minutes out of the fridge.
