Hi Ruzanna. The cakes are 6 inches across (diameter), placed on 7 inch boards. I’d say that’s a pretty good size for 5 people to eat (unless it’s cut into smaller pieces.. so can feed more mouths hehe).

oh no laaa i mean we bake together2 hehe. And yea it’s difficult sometimes to juggle as you say.. so have to get orders in early so I can schedule them.. mostly at nights & weekends I do the fondants Not superwoman la.. just ‘bekarih’ and slightly obsessive-pedantic. hehe

Hi Amal, Valrhona I “import” from Singapore hehe. Try Shermay’s Cooking School at Holland Village. Or, you may google for kitchencapers online store and write to Gina (who will send u the items – she might have Valrhona cocoa powder and buttons) and you pay her via Western Union.
