Hi Gymahz, in Singapore there’s Canele and Bakerlyn that makes macarons (apart from some hotels). You’re probably referring to the former because they are far superior and memorable ^_^ Bah you try to make ah? It’s quite easy if you follow the techniques to the tee. Hi Mat! no flash. So far flash is no good for my food projects. And the camera is the very very basic entry-level canon rebel ^_^ Use natural light as much as you can (which means restaurant shots are notoriously tricky! I have restaurant reviews that are yet to be published because of the pics – thanks to bad lighting).
